The Ministry of Energy & Water Resources was established under the decree date 9/2023, Council of Ministers and Parliament legal act Number 1/2023.
The Ministry was established to set regional administration's Planning, Development, and international cooperation to achieve a stable peace and development that mitigates unemployment, extreme poverty, and environmental degradation in Somalia, particularly Northeastern State.
Guiding the nation towards sustainable development through strategic planning and effective governance.
